Cadillac teacher Ron Foisie, who had Upper Peninsula roots, started making his family’s pasty recipe for sale in 1987. Two sets of owners since have kept the recipe and methods the same. Get the classic beef pasty with gravy on the side, or the vegetarian version with rutabaga, cauliflower and broccoli. Save room for a cinnamon twist or apple dumpling. Closes late afternoon.
