Opened in November 2025 in the former Dozer’s building at M-20 and Lincoln Road. Co-founders Chris Houlette and Bob Godich brought most of the menu from their Original Spearfish Breakfast House in South Dakota: a chorizo breakfast burrito, crab cake benedict, sweet cream pancakes. Lunch adds burgers, chili dogs, tacos and house-made cactus chili. Open 6 a.m. to 2 p.m., closed Tuesdays. You can call ahead to join the waitlist.
